What do we do?

We offer a range of consultancy options including: improved presentation skills audits and follow up courses, group facilitation, coaching on a one to one basis and provision of bespoke packages for small and large groups. All courses are focused on improving individual competencies and skills maximizing the individual’s personal goals in a supportive and critical friend setting.

How do we do it?

Our delivery style is informal and person centred and focuses on improving individual competencies and group dynamics using a range of models based on models of neuro-linguisitc programming (NLP) and coaching strategies.

NLP is designed to help individuals become more aware of their feelings, thoughts and subsequent behaviours. By exploring these domains individuals are more able to understand how and why they make the decisions they do, identify what they want to achieve, both professionally and personally, and then work out how to achieve their stated outcomes to impact upon their personal presentation styles.

The methods we use can also support individuals in developing personal strategies helping them to achieve their personal best, improve personal performance and to communicate and build rapport with others quickly and effectively.

Who are we?

We have over 20 years experience working within the public, private and third sector including higher and further education, schools, local authorities and health services. We have a range of management experience and a background in performance and theatre that enables us to understand the presentation process, its technical base and how these processes can be harnessed into everyday skills and competencies.
